to make a card product:
1. Call us to discuss your needs.
2. E mail or send us a photo(s)
or art that is sharp and clear.
We accept: CMYK 300 dpi
Glossy prints
Digital photos
Photos that have been scanned professionally
Artwork created as a tiff,
jpeg, eps or ai file
CMYK 300 dpi
with all fonts outlined
3. Type your contact info, etc. for the front (or you can put your contact info all on the
back) and email it to
WestwindGraphics@aol.com, we will lay the text out on your card and make it fit.
4. Or write a message on paper and fax or mail it to us
to typeset.
5. Call for a shipping quote. We need the following to get a UPS quote.
a. your zipcode
b. the size of your desired card (a few clients want oversized trading cards,
some want undersized video cards)
c. quantity of cards
6. Send payment

Card prices include one color photo on the front, up to 75 typeset words on the back, one color logo from your .jpeg or tiff
files on front or back. (Add'l customizing is also available)
8. We will send you a proof to approve.
9.
Upon receipt of signed approval of proof we will put your cards into printing production.
10. When your cards are
finished we will ship them to your doorstep.
Shipping can be:
- Pre-paid (call for
quote before sending art)
- You can charge it directly to your Fed X or UPS account.
- Sent C.O.D.
