How to make a greeting card product:
1. Call us to discuss your needs.
2. E mail or send us a photo(s) that is sharp and clear.
We accept: CMYK 300 dpi tiff or jpeg files
Glossy prints
Digital photos
Photos that have been drum scanned professionally
Photos on disk or zip by mail
text out on the inside of your card and make it fit. If you want a special typestyle you may select one from our
extensive Font Book (see bottom of this page for the Font Book download OR you can send us a font and we will use it in your
product.) If no typestyle is specified we will select one for you.
4. Or write a message on paper and fax it or mail it to us to typeset.
5. Call for a shipping quote. We need the following to get a UPS quote.
a. your zipcode
b. the size of your desired card
c. quantity of cards
6. Send payment (including shipping) in one of these ways:
a. You can mail us a check by US Mail or Fed X.
c. Or print the
send payment form and mail the form to: Westwind Graphics PO Box 866, Loveland CO 80539
7. Card prices include one color photo on the front, up to 75 typeset words on the back, one color logo from your .jpeg
or tiff files on front or back, optional caption on front. (Add'l customizing is also available)
8. We will prepare your art and email you a proof to approve. (If you need it faxed or mailed, let us know).
9. Upon receipt of signed approval of proof we will put your cards into printing production.
10. When your cards are finished we will ship them to your doorstep.
Shipping can be:
- Pre-paid (call for quote before sending art) OR
- You can charge it directly to your Fed X or UPS account. OR
- Sent C.O.D.
