If you would like our help making a custom Rack Card.
Here is how we do it:
Rack Card Brochures are printed
on heavyweight 14 pt card stock. We add a beautiful UV gloss varnish if desired. They are special because they are large enough
to provide enough information to be used as an affordable brochure. They are often used in tourist racks and handed out
at trade shows.
We can help you produce a Rack Card. It is fairly simple. We need the
following from you:
a. Three 4' x 6' or smaller photos are included in price on the
front or back.
b. (add'l digital photos on front are $15 each for 4" x 6"
or smaller)
c. If you need photos we have an account with www.shutterstock.com. Feel free to go there to look for a photo to use in your rack card. Send us the photo number and description
and we will download it and use it in your rack card for a one time $20 fee for time and labor. You do not need to be a member
to look for a photo you like. We accept:
a. Digital photos
b. Glossy prints (not matte finish prints) 3 photos are
included in the price but add'l photos are $25 each to scan and prepare. Note: Background photos larger than 4" may have
an add'l fee if you do not provide high quality digital images.
c. If you
have a different photo format, give us a call to see if we can work with it.
3. Send your
logo: One color logo is included in the set up. We accept your high quality .jpeg, .jpg, .tiff, .eps or .ai files.
If you don't have a logo, one of our talented graphic designers will be glad to help. Cost is $125 for one and two color designs,
$200 for three color, $325 for full color.
All artwork submitted must be
300 dpi / CMYK colors with all fonts outlined.
4. If you have any design ideas in mind email
them to us or put them on paper for us to see. Otherwise, we will put something creative together for you.
If you have colors you want or colors accociated with your company, let us know what PMS colors you use or send samples
so we can try to match as closely as possible. Note we print in CMYK.
5. If you want a map
(or any other special graphics) you may send them as vector files: .ai or .eps files with all fonts outlined / CMYK colors
work best for maps. OR, you can make a sketch of the map and send it to us. We charge a one time $60 fee to create a
simple map.
6. After we receive your 50% deposit and artwork, photos, sketches or
whatever you can provide, we will start on your project. We include 3 design ideas that have variations of colors,
fonts and layouts for you to choose from. These proofs are e-mailed to you.
7. Please allow
some time to make a few final changes and rearranging to the design. (Extensive changes from customers original
plan are quoted)
8. One more final proof is included in the cost.
9.
After approval of proof we will go to press.
10. When the product is completed, we will ship your
beautiful, top quality rack cards to your doorstep.
11. You may pre-pay the shipping
or have it charged to your preferred shipping account with Fed X or UPS. Shipping and any applicable taxes from your
state are extra. Call before sending job for a shipping quote. We ship within the USA only.
